To get to the main train station in Bangkok from Suvarnabhumi Airport you need to take a taxi.

There is a good rail service between the two cities with one first class sleeper per day in either direction;

Sombat tours do a  daily VIP bus from BKK (Moochit) to Surin and Visa-versa.

This is a very good bus service.
